ReachOut accesses your Google account information solely to provide email mailing features. We store your Google email address, basic profile details, and encrypted authorization tokens necessary to send emails on your behalf.

2. Use of Google User Data

We use Google user data exclusively for the core functions of ReachOut:

• Authenticating your user session.
• Sending emails and quick messages authorized directly by you.

ReachOut does not transfer or sell user data to third parties, nor do we use Google user data for serving advertisements.

3. Data Security & Storage

All Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Access tokens are stored temporarily in secure server memory.

4. User Rights and Revocation

You can revoke ReachOut’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Permissions.
